Dribbling technique

Exercise Description:
Area 8x8 - Players are in twos with one ball.
1. Warm-up (a) The ball starts in the middle of the square. Each player is on a cone (but not diagonal from each other) One player runs the middle and dribbles the ball to the opposite corner, turns, and comes back. As they move through the middle of the square, they put their foot on the ball to stop it. The next player then goes, and so on.
Variation: When players dribble to the middle and put their foot on the ball, they can run to any vacant cone.
2. Warm-up (b) Player with the ball passes to partner and runs around t cones to the opposite corner.
3. The player receiving the ball takes a touch, moves diagonally to the opposite cone, and then passes to the teammate who has moved.
